This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with deep regional expertise, creative vision, and a data-driven mindset. You'll manage a talented team and shape a bold, culturally relevant social media strategy that builds awareness, drives engagement, and fuels growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a regional social media strategy aligned with business goals
2. Lead a cross-functional content team of analysts, creatives, and videographers
3. Oversee daily content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaboration
4. Ensure platform compliance and cultural relevance in UAE/MENA markets
5. Analyse performance and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

1. 7+ years of social media experience, ideally in fintech or financial services
2. Proven success managing regional strategies in UAE/MENA
3. Strong leadership, communication, and campaign management skills
4. Deep understanding of local market trends and cultural nuances
5. Bilingual fluency (English & Arabic highly preferred)
6. Experience with paid social, analytics tools, and content production
