The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in manual testing, particularly in a banking environment, and must possess ISTQB and CSTE certifications. This role involves analyzing requirements, executing tests, and documenting results, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Manual Application Testing.
  • Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and functional requirements to create test cases.
  • Perform manual functional and UAT testing for banking applications.
  • Document test results accurately and identify defects using tools.
