The IT Support Specialist will be required to respond to users enquires and technical issues through various channels, such as F2F, ticketing solutions (ServiceNow), phone, making sure tickets are logged and updated correctly. This role will also troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and any network problems in a timely manner.
Our client is looking for this candidate to have worked in the legal, professional services or related field previously. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Windows 10 & 11, Mac, Office 365 and Exchange. They are using the desk software ServiceNow, and experience with this would also be advantageous.
