A real estate consultancy is seeking a Property Consultant responsible for driving sales and leasing activities in Dubai. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research on property trends in the UAE. Candidates should have significant experience in real estate and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. A valid UAE Driving License is also required, alongside proficiency in MS Office. Fluent English is mandatory, while Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate market.
  • Valid UAE Driving License required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day sales and leasing operations.
  • Achieve assigned sales and leasing targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on UAE property trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.
  • Support strategic planning, pricing, and product positioning.
