SELF EMPLOYED PROPERTY CONSULTANT Residential Estate Agency

Location: Dubai

Salary: OTE: 80k

Position: Permanent Full Time

This is a one off opportunity to join a long standing wellestablished property services company who specialise in the Dubai property sector.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator who is looking to elevate their career with an awardwinning company and to be part of a truly exceptional team of resourceful and highly motivated professionals who know how to spot opportunities and win business in an International marketplace.

To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience and a proven track record of winning performance in a sales role!

You must be highly selfmotivated wellpresented articulate persuasive and specifically be a fantastic sales person! You must also be prepared to work in Dubai and have the funding to be able to work in a commission based environment but with fantastic rewards for those who are successful.

• Must have proven property sales experience
• Listing / Valuations experience
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Great telephone sales skills
• Smart wellpresented and wellspoken
• Ambitious and selfmotivated
• Intelligent and quick witted
• Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Will to relocate to Dubai
• Local knowledge of the Dubai area helpful
• Driver with full UK/UAE license
