Job Summary:
We are looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to lead and manage recruitment initiatives for healthcare professionals across hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions in the UAE. The ideal candidate must be a UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory) and have extensive experience in stakeholder management, senior leadership engagement, and project management.
This role requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and healthcare licensing regulations (DOH, DHA, MOH). The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects, drive strategic hiring plans, and collaborate with key decision-makers to fulfill critical hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians, nurses, allied health, and executive healthcare roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for both local and international healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure all candidates meet UAE healthcare licensing requirements (DOH, DHA, MOH) before onboarding.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce planning strategies.
Stakeholder & Senior Management Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, department heads, and HR teams on recruitment and workforce strategies.
- Collaborate with CEOs, Medical Directors, HR Leaders, and Government Entities to align hiring plans with organizational goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decision-making in talent acquisition.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and recruitment partners when required.
Project & Process Management
- Oversee recruitment projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and hiring targets are met.
- Implement best practices in recruitment project management, optimizing efficiency and resource allocation.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software to streamline hiring processes.
- Conduct regular recruitment analytics and performance reviews, providing actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- UAE National with Family Book (Mandatory)
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment
- Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of DOH, DHA, and MOH licensing requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience using HR software, ATS, and data-driven recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with government healthcare entities or large hospital groups.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or HR-related credentials (CIPD, SHRM, etc.).
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, international hiring, and employer branding strategies.
