Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The role will primarily focus on sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates for various job openings. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with recruiters, businesses, and job seekers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your goal is to provide professional solutions that meet the hiring needs of our clients while enhancing the job search experience for candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Identify job requirements by working closely with clients (recruiters and employers) and understanding the role requirements.
  • Source and recruit candidates for various job openings by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reviewing applications.
  • Maintain regular communication with job seekers, recruiters, and employers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide job seekers with job alerts, feedback, and guidance on enhancing their profiles and resumes.
  • Utilize the platform’s tools and database to connect job seekers with relevant job opportunities.
  • Ensure all profiles and applications are accurate, updated, and compliant with the platform’s Terms of Use.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and market demands to provide relevant and timely support to job seekers.
  • Promote and advertise job vacancies effectively through various channels, including job boards, social media, and the platform.
  • Provide timely responses to job seekers and employers, addressing queries and ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, job portals, and social media for sourcing.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude toward solving challenges.
