Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end recruitment activities for clients, ensuring high-quality candidate sourcing, client satisfaction, and timely placement of professionals across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet individual and team KPIs and contribute to monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and client information.
Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry
developments.
Skills
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with knowledge of modern recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring practices is an advantage.
