About the Role

As Dar's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Unit Lead, you will be at the forefront of establishing and leading the development of our new EAM / CMMS service. This role requires a visionary leader who can take charge from early-stage strategic planning to project execution, covering all phases from frontend advisory and design to implementation and delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our clients maximize the value of their EAM software, with a particular focus on IBM Maximo in the MENA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the new EAM / CMMS Unit, establishing a strategic vision and execution plan for the service.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of EAM / CMMS projects, from initial consulting and requirement setting to full implementation and delivery.
• Build and manage a high-performing team capable of delivering complex EAM solutions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored advisory and implementation services.
• Coordinate with third-party solution providers and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Position Dar as a key player in the EAM market, particularly in the Middle East, by leveraging existing relationships and forging new ones.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in EAM technologies to continually refine and enhance our service offerings.

Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in the EAM space, with a proven track record of delivering IBM Maximo projects.
• Based in Saudi Arabia (preferably)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team effectively.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of the EAM / CMMS landscape, particularly in the Middle East, with a network of relevant industry contacts.
• Proactive and driven, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
