Job Description

  1. Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore Company Formation:
    Provide expert guidance to clients on the selection of the most suitable company structure (mainland, Freezone, or offshore). Oversee the end-to-end company formation process, including licensing, permits, and approvals.
  2. Client Consultation:
    Consult with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the setup process.
  3. Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay up-to-date with UAE business laws, regulations, and government procedures related to business setup. Ensure clients' compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Document Preparation:
    Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements necessary for business setup and operations.
  5. CRM Management:
    Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate client records and track progress. Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
  6. Team Leadership:
    Manage a team of professionals, including business setup consultants and administrative staff. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  7. Business Development:
    Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, both locally and internationally. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in business setup and company formation in Dubai, with expertise in mainland, Freezone, and offshore entities.
  3. In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations, and government procedures.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and customer relationship management.
  5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  8. Multilingual skills, particularly knowledge of Arabic, is advantageous.
