The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the production process of bottled water products. The role involves coordinating and leading a team of production staff, ensuring efficient and timely production while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. The Senior Production Engineer will also be responsible for optimizing production processes, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring compliance with policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities also include organizing the department during production shifts as per operation and demand, training, assisting the team in new product trials, and department budget planning.
Monitoring and reviewing the performance of staff and equipment and organizing necessary interventions for improvements.
Ability to determine the source of a problem and find effective solutions. Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Ability to break a problem down into smaller pieces to resolve it. Identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

Productivity Manhr/Liter to be maintained as per set targets
Initiating RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for process and quality-related problems to avoid any future reoccurrence. Control customer/consumer complaints.
Ensure safe operating conditions exist throughout the facilities. LTIFR & LTISR, GMP, Housekeeping, Audits are met as per standard.
Ensure employee absenteeism is within set limits. Employees' leave plans to be met within the allowable duration to avoid hiring labors.
Determine the human resources required, plan for additions & deletions.
Lead problem-solving activities and coach the production team on process/operation improvement. Trainings are conducted and completed as per set targets in GMP & HSE.
Bachelor Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Plastics or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Plastics/Industrial Engineering
5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in the beverage/bottling water industry, especially with KRONES/SACMI/SIDEL/CAP SNAP/BARDI/NETSTAL LINES.
Engineering/Diploma holder with 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in bottled water production lines and TPM & LEAN management.
