A leading aviation firm in the UAE seeks a Production Planning & Control Supervisor to coordinate maintenance for aircraft production. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supporting maintenance missions, and tracking operational readiness rates. Candidates should have at least 10 years of aviation maintenance management experience and hold a diploma in Aircraft Maintenance. Preferred qualifications include a degree in aviation and specific FAA certifications. This role is vital for ensuring efficient maintenance workflows and facilitating logistical support.
The Production Planning & Control Supervisor will coordinate all maintenance efforts between the shops and maintenance for Aircraft production. The PPC Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating maintenance at the AVUM/ AVIM level. He will act as a advisor to the maintenance supervisor and support their maintenance efforts when requested. He will monitor maintenance flow and trend in order to input solutions to maximize maintenance schedules. The PC Supervisor will over see the daily operation of personnel in the production control and planning section.

Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (A&P License) ARMY Aviation Maintenance Managers School (ANCOC) is desired.
Military aviation maintenance training school graduate required.
BA or BS in any aviation discipline preferred.
FAA A&P certificate and FCC license or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 10 Years Aviation Maintenance Management Experience at the Army AVUM, AVIM Level, or equivalent civilian experience at a designated FAA repairs station.
Minimum of 5YearsExperience in Production Control
Must have worked in; Unit AVUM/AVIM level at the production control/quality control section at the supervisory level.
Had direct maintenance management experience in the unit’s production Control and or Quality sections.
Civilian experience in lieu of this specialized school will be; work position in a, supervisory position at a FAA repair facility, minimum of yrs.
Has an understanding of the Logistics system and the direct relationship with aviation maintenance.
Full working knowledge of The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and reporting system.
Understands shop management and component repair at level
