Position Summary:

The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing interior design projects from start to finish. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present interior design concepts, space plans, and mood board
• Create high-quality 2D and 3D drawings and visualizations for design presentations and execution
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures in line with project requirements and budget
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation using design software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve on-site challenges
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and sustainability practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design inside UAE or other GCC area
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and completed projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and accessibility standards is a plus
• Approachable and presentable with a professional demeanor in client-facing situations.
• Have knowledge on making quotations (CRM- Odoo System)
• Preferably have driver's license.
