Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, receiving, put-away, and distribution.
• Plan and coordinate supply chain activities across three distribution centers.
• Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and align with business objectives.
• Lead process reengineering initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Implement business processes and technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive automation and system upgrades to streamline operations.
• Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Support e-commerce operations and contribute to the establishment of a Center of Excellence for BFL Distribution.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Experience in the retail, apparel, or fashion industry is mandatory.
• Strong background in operational optimization and process improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in analytical tools.
