Your Role:

As an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance. You will play a pivotal role in keeping our facilities safe, efficient, and compliant with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Execute HVAC Maintenance

• Supervise daily HVAC maintenance operations, ensuring timely repairs and system efficiency.
• Prioritize maintenance requests and allocate resources effectively to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, diagnose issues, and implement solutions for optimal system performance.

Ensure Safety & Compliance

• Enforce workplace safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2001 quality standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain the reliability and regulatory adherence of HVAC systems.

Optimize Costs & Resources

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the procurement of critical spare parts.
• Develop cost-effective maintenance strategies to enhance system longevity and reduce expenses.
• Establish contingency plans with local suppliers for urgent maintenance needs.

Lead & Inspire a Team

• Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their technical skills and expertise.
• Foster a collaborative work culture that emphasizes quality, efficiency, and innovation.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to streamline maintenance operations.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HVAC system performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in HVAC maintenance.
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.

Your Profile – What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in catering, facilities management, or large-scale operations.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and take action in emergency situations.
