- Welcome guests professionally and efficiently during check-in and check-out
- Handle guest registrations room assignments and payment processing accurately
- Provide information about hotel services facilities and local attractions
- Address guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Concierge and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Handle cash billing and posting charges in accordance with hotel procedures
- Ensure front desk operations comply with brand standards and service excellence guidelines
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel with exceptional conduct
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role within hospitality
- Fluency in English additional languages are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment
- Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation
- Proficiency in hotel systems (PMS knowledge is a plus)
