We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee operations drive performance and uphold our brand standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent operational performance across all assigned locations maintaining high standards of food quality service and cleanliness.
• Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop restaurant managers and staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales customer feedback and operational efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
• Brand Standards: Uphold and enforce brand guidelines ensuring a cohesive guest experience at every restaurant.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets control costs and optimize revenue streams to achieve financial targets.
• Training & Development: Oversee training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health safety and food hygiene regulations in all locations.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about local market trends competitors and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role preferably within the fast casual or QSR sector.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and culture is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and deliver consistent results.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting P&L analysis and cost control.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Flexibility to travel between locations and work irregular hours as needed.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
