You will be the architect of operational excellence, managing the bridge between commercial growth and technical execution. You will lead a diverse team—including Payroll, Compliance, and Customer Success—to ensure the delivery of exceptional, tech-driven client experiences across the region.
- Strategic & Financial Leadership: Develop and manage the Operations Budget to ensure profitability and revenue vs. cost efficiency.
- Operational Oversight: Set departmental direction and policies, overseeing Payroll Managers, Compliance Officers, and Customer Success staff.
- Innovation & Optimization: Champion the adoption of new technologies (HRIS, AI, analytics, and automation) to drive process optimization across all support functions.
- Business Scaling: Scale operational capacity to support new client onboarding and ensure readiness for future growth.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead high-level client relationships, acting as the executive escalation point for major issues and ensuring seamless handover from sales to operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee compliance staff to ensure payroll operations align with GCC labour laws and maintain strict internal audit readiness.
- People & Culture: Build a culture of excellence and accountability, ensuring career development and training for the operations team.
- Payroll Outsourcing Expertise: Extensive experience specifically within the payroll outsourcing industry is the top priority for this role.
- HR Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HRIS and experience implementing emerging technologies to optimize operations.
- Scaling & Growth: Proven ability to manage operational capacity and support business expansion.
- Regional Knowledge: Deep expertise in GCC labour laws, contractual obligations, and risk mitigation.
- Education: Preferably educated in a Tech or HR discipline.
