1. Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
2. In-Flight Service. In-flight Catering: 12+ Years
3. Relevant experience in the areas of Airline Guest Experience, in-flight catering, and product design

You’ll have an edge if you are

1. Educated to degree level or have equivalent work experience
2. Program management qualification and/or relevant expertise
3. Understanding of airline regulatory environment and restrictions
4. Broad understanding of airline planning and operations
5. Experience in managing 3rd party supplier contracts and service-level agreements
6. Chef background with strong fine dining restaurant experience
7. Experience in product design development
8. Delivery of large cross-functional projects across several stakeholders and departments with a key focus on customer experience
9. Profound knowledge of the design and technology in the aviation industry
10. Knowledge and experience in understanding the multifaceted aspects of delivering a unique Guest Experience (technology, Guest Experience, sales, brand, and marketing)
11. Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking as well as analytical skills
12. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Business communication experience preferred
13. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
