ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate and administer company policies directing and coordinating all Divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
Oversee departments to review production and operating reports and resolve operational and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
Confer with subordinate administration and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives.
Review and approve preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning, production efficiency, financial reporting, and capital expenditures.
Review operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and develop new markets.
Oversee guest experience and attract new clientele.
Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and development.
Understand, establish, and deliver the business model of what makes the brand.
Identify, hire, and develop a team in line with Brand Expectations.
Monitor operations and deliver the best possible outcomes.
Mentor and monitor the management team, promoting ownership and accountability.
Develop marketing strategies to support operational goals.
Ensure compliance with food and beverage curriculum quality assurance and Health and Safety standards.
Utilize financial knowledge to produce and follow up on budgets while maximizing outlet financial outcomes without compromising quality.
Report directly to the DO; the role requires a visionary who is driven and decisive with a proven track record of leading high-value business performance.
Support the DO in developing and directing strategy toward the profitable growth and operation of the Group.
Develop strategic operating plans reflecting the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the DO and brand direction.
Maintain ongoing transparent dialogue with the DO to ensure they are kept up to date with day-to-day activities.
Lead on the execution and further development of the shared vision and mission for the organization.
Ensure appropriate operational planning and quality assurance control systems are in place and complied with.
Ensure appropriate financial planning and control systems are in place and complied with.
Identify and develop new opportunities for the organization to sustain growth.
Manage the organization's technological infrastructure and information systems.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to the DO and Partners regarding industry developments and appropriate policies.
Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote services to a wider audience.
Ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by management and all employees.
Implement Group policies and procedures successfully.
Build and maintain an effective management team.
Monitor operating and financial results against plans and budgets, taking remedial action where necessary.
Represent the Group to major customers and professional associations.
Act as a role model and drive continuous development through the Compliance Strategy and Quality Improvement Plan.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience at Senior Management level.
Highly developed experience in setting strategic direction.
Experience in producing and developing strategic business plans and personal development plans.
Experience in a target-driven environment and managing a senior team.
Experience in developing and maintaining a business development network.
Capacity to encourage innovation and creativity within the organization.
Excellent presentation skills.
