What’s on the menu for your next career move? As our new Director of Food and Beverage, you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of dedicated hospitality professionals.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by setting and exceeding high service standards.
• Maintain food and beverage standards aligned with responsible business practices.
• Collaborate with finance to set and manage budgets, driving revenue growth.
• Oversee multiple outlets, banquet, and convention facilities, ensuring smooth operations through effective leadership of managers and supervisors.

What we need from you

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience: At least 6+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations, with a minimum of 3 years in senior leadership roles within luxury or upscale hospitality environments. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and revenue growth.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Certifications: Must hold all certifications and permits required by local authorities. Advanced certifications in food safety, beverage management, or related areas are preferred.
• Attributes: High energy, guest-focused, and detail-oriented, with a passion for innovation and elevating dining experiences.
• Other: Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
