An advanced hearing solutions company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Lab & Production Technician to join its dynamic team. The role involves producing custom ear molds, repairing hearing aids, and utilizing 3D modeling and printing technologies. Candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong skills in 3D modeling software, and proficiency in English are encouraged to apply. Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in ear mold production and hearing aid repair.
- 1-2 years experience with 3D printing devices (preferably in hearing or dental applications).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hearing Aid Lab & Production Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in producing custom ear molds, repairing hearing aids, and working with 3D modeling and printing technologies.
- Perform quality control, troubleshooting, and repairs of hearing aids.
- Design and produce custom ear molds using 3D modeling software and medical 3D printing devices.
- Maintain and service hearing devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance lab processes and innovation.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction through technical expertise and continuous improvement.
- 2–5 years of experience in ear mold production and hearing aid repair.
- Strong experience with 3D modeling software.
- 1-2 years experience with 3D printing devices (hearing or dental applications preferred).
- Technical troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail.
- Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
