Department: Front Office

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Junior Receptionist. You will play a vital role in the Front Office Department, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone or in person.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide basic information regarding services or products.
• Attend to every guest request in the best way possible.
• Prepare and organize client documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and services to clients.

• Excellent communication skills; English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
