What You Will Be Doing

• Greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, and multitasking various front-of-the-house duties while following hotel F&B operation standards.
• Monitoring and attending to guests' needs in a fast-paced environment, being polite, and ensuring they enjoy their meals.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining areas and service stations.
• Communicating effectively with Kitchen Staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year work experience as a waitress in a standard hotel.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
