Position: Office Cleaner (Female)

Mersat Holdings is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our office premises. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and understand the importance of a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming office floors, workstations, and common areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
• Ensure that trash bins are emptied regularly and waste is disposed of appropriately.
• Replenish office supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchen areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness of meeting rooms, ensuring they are neat and ready for use at all times.
• Take care of office furniture by dusting and polishing when needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facilities manager.
• Ensure that all cleaning products and equipment are used in accordance with company policies and health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with any other cleaning-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in office cleaning or janitorial work is a must.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Good physical health and ability to carry out cleaning tasks effectively.
• Must have a valid residency visa.
• The company will provide a work permit for the selected candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality when required.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a corporate or office setting is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and their appropriate usage.
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies when necessary.
