The Kitchen Helper supports daily food production operations in a food manufacturing factory by assisting in preparation, cleaning, packing, material handling, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. The role is critical to ensuring smooth workflow, product quality, and compliance with UAE food regulations.

• Assist in washing, cutting, peeling, weighing, and portioning raw materials
• Prepare ingredients as per production schedule recipes
• Load and unload food items for processing or freezing
• Support production staff during production

• Help in filling, sealing, labeling, and packing food products
• Arrange products for cold storage or dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations during production
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) inventory handling

• Clean utensils, machines, floors, drains, and surfaces regularly
• Follow HACCP, ISO 22000, and Dubai Municipality food safety guidelines
• Wear proper PPE (gloves, hairnets, masks, aprons) at all times
• Report spills, contamination risks, or unsafe conditions immediately

• Move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies safely
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries
• Organize storage areas neatly

• Follow factory rules, attendance, and safety procedures
• Attend hygiene and safety training sessions
• Maintain personal cleanliness and grooming

• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work long hours standing and lifting light to medium loads
• Fast, careful, and disciplined working style
• Team player with positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions accurately
