We are looking for a driven and highly motivated Full-Time Service Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi (AUH).

• Greet customers and determine their vehicle service needs.
• Open job cards and document customer concerns clearly.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff on diagnosis and repairs.
• Explain work performed, parts used, and charges to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Follow up with customers for approvals and feedback.
• Maintain records of services and transactions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service retention.

• High school diploma or equivalent (automotive or technical training is a plus).
• 3-5 years Experience in a similar role in the automotive sector preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., job card
