We are looking for Kitchen Manager for Dubai Location.

1. Directly responsible for all kitchen function and operation including food purchasing, preparation, maintenance of quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness.
2. Responsible for the training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, presentation, plate presentation, portion control, and sanitation and cleanliness. Provide a positive and enthusiastic environment.
3. In charge of hiring new staff and ensuring that the company standards are upheld, every order looks good from the first order to the last order that comes out of the kitchen.
4. Monitor food cost, waste, and employee hours, optimizing profit for the company and creating the best dining experience.
5. Complete all kitchen reports, including weekly inventory, ordering, par level updates versus daily sales, monthly profit and loss reports, and daily time records of staff for payroll.
