Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years or more relevant experience within a high end, high volume kitchen, as well as previous experience preparing dishes of the highest quality. Attention to detail and a passionate personality are required to suit the vibrant style and atmosphere of the restaurant.
A strong knowledge and understanding of Japanese ingredients and food culture is essential to lead, train and develop the kitchen team. Excellent knife and food preparation skills are a must.
