About the Role:
Seeking a seasoned QA Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to lead and manage quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and people management skills, a deep understanding of testing tools and methodologies, and expertise in handling complex operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 10 to 15 members.
- Ensure seamless execution of manual and automated testing processes.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and expertise in diverse testing tools.
- Understand and implement low-code and no-code testing solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, address complexities, and negotiate deliverables.
- Develop and maintain effective operational management practices.
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of QA experience with proven team leadership capabilities.
- Strong expertise in manual and automation testing tools.
- Proficiency in managing testing for low-code and no-code platforms.
- Exceptional people management and operational management skills.
- Ability to handle project complexities and negotiate timelines effectively.
