• Design and implement comprehensive fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Lead group fitness classes including aerobics, yoga, pilates, and strength training.
• Demonstrate exercises accurately, emphasizing proper techniques and safety measures.
• Evaluate clients’ fitness levels and provide appropriate feedback and guidance.
• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their health and fitness goals consistently.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all fitness class participants.
• Modify exercises to suit different fitness levels and capabilities of participants.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of fitness trends and incorporate them into programs.
• Monitor and report any injuries or health issues during training sessions promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive community within fitness classes and the facility.
• Provide nutritional advice and supportive resources to complement exercise regimes.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage their ongoing participation.

• Certification in fitness training from a recognized institution or association.
• Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer is highly desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients.
• Knowledge of diverse fitness programs and the latest health and wellness trends.
• Ability to customize workouts to cater to different fitness levels and goals.
• First aid and CPR certification is mandatory for ensuring client safety.
• Strong organizational skills and capability to manage multiple classes effectively.
