• Develop and deliver personalized fitness programs to meet client goals.
• Lead various group fitness classes with energy and professionalism.
• Provide clients with advice on health, lifestyle changes, and nutrition.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress through assessments and evaluations.
• Adjust training plans to accommodate clients' growth and feedback.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment for all clients.
• Continuously update your knowledge through courses and relevant certifications.
• Engage with clients to build strong, supportive relationships and motivate goals.
• Use various techniques and fitness equipment effectively to enhance workouts.
• Coordinate and implement special events and fitness challenges for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards in the gym.
• Promote the services of 30N25 to potential clients through demonstrations and workshops.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Certification in Fitness Instructing from an accredited organization required.
• Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of exercise techniques and proper fitness equipment usage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Ability to keep clients engaged through innovative and effective training methods.
• Passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to continuous learning.
