We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer with Yoga Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and delivering personalized fitness training programs combined with comprehensive yoga instruction to help clients achieve their health fitness and mindfulness goals.

• Design and implement customized fitness training programs tailored to individual client needs, abilities and goals.
• Conduct group and one-on-one fitness training sessions with a focus on strength, flexibility, endurance and overall well-being.
• Teach various styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa or other relevant disciplines adapting sessions to all skill levels.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrate correct exercise and yoga postures to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Motivate and encourage clients to improve their fitness levels and maintain consistent participation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training and yoga programs accordingly.
• Promote a holistic approach to health integrating physical exercise with mental wellness through yoga practices such as breathing techniques and meditation.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming fitness environment.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, yoga practices and industry certifications.
• Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention and lifestyle modifications to support fitness goals.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops and continuing education programs.

• Certified Fitness Trainer qualification
• Certified Yoga Instructor qualification
• Proven experience as a fitness trainer and yoga instructor.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and exercise science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passionate about health, fitness and holistic wellness.
