This is an on-site, contract role based in Ras Al Khaimah for a Sales Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify and establish relationships with potential clients, develop and execute sales strategies, and work closely with the creative team to craft solutions that align with client needs. You will participate in market research, maintain a pipeline of business opportunities, and lead negotiations to close sales. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, enhancing client experiences, and promoting the company’s services through various channels and networks. The salary will be AED 1500 + you will get commission on every project locked bat your end.

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with strong prospecting, networking, and client relationship management skills
• Understanding of branding, digital content, corporate films, and media production, with the ability to align solutions to client goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage potential clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge in market research and competitive analysis to drive strategic planning and decision-making
• Solid organizational and project management abilities to manage sales pipelines and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment and collaborate with creative professionals
• Familiarity with the media production industry in the Ras Al Khaimah region is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
