Job summary
A diversified regional business in Dubai is seeking an experienced Foreman for its Bus Division. The ideal candidate will lead a team, optimize workshop resources, and ensure high-quality bus service and repairs. Responsibilities include planning job allocation, enforcing quality checks, and monitoring efficiency. Applicants should have a diploma in Mechanical or Automotive fields, strong technical knowledge, and at least 3 years of workshop experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on workshop repair and operations experience within an automotive dealership.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman-level role.
- Volvo Bus Corporation certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate job cards to technicians based on skill set.
- Ensure effective utilization of workshop manpower.
- Conduct and enforce quality checks on completed jobs.
- Monitor and control warranty jobs.
- Track technician productivity and efficiency.
