Job Description

The Plumber Foreman for Luxury Villa Projects will oversee and coordinate the plumbing installations and maintenance for high-end residential villa projects. This role requires an exceptional level of attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, bespoke plumbing systems that cater to the luxury market. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in plumbing with a proven track record in supervising projects that demand the highest standards of workmanship and material quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Lead plumbing teams on luxury villa projects, ensuring that all installations and maintenance work are performed to the highest standards, with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Custom Installation Management: Oversee the installation of bespoke plumbing systems, including high-end fixtures, specialty water features, and advanced water filtration and heating systems, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each villa.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and quality control checks on all plumbing work, ensuring that installations are flawless and fully functional, and that they meet the luxury standards expected by clients.
4. Client Liaison: Act as the primary plumbing contact for clients, architects, and designers, offering expert advice on plumbing solutions that align with the aesthetic and functional needs of luxury villa projects.
5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards, as well as adherence to safety protocols to protect workers and property. Implement measures to minimize disruption and maintain the integrity of the luxury property.
6. Schedule and Budget Management: Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously, ensuring that plumbing work is completed within set deadlines and budgets, and coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality materials and luxury fixtures.
