Job summary
A luxury hospitality provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced maintenance team member. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance activities and ensuring a clean and organized work area. We require documented technical training and one year of experience in hotel engineering. Plumbing knowledge is essential. This position also involves participation in energy conservation programs to foster a sustainable working environment.
Qualifications
- Must have documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
- One year operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
- Knowledge of civil or plumbing systems.
Responsibilities
- Complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Clean all work areas after finishing tasks.
- Maintain and deposit tools professionally.

You will responsible to complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans, to clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly and look after all the tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner, and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift. We also want you to actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel and to suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department.
- Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
- One year operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
- Good civil or plumbing knowledge.
