Construction Foreman jobs in United Arab Emirates

A Civil Foreman (Construction) is required in the UK to look after and help out labour where needed for the UK based company.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be keen to learn, and be a hard-working individual.

As a builder and foreman, you will play a crucial role in executing various construction tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

1. Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
2. Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
3. Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
4. Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
5. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
6. Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.
7. Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.
8. Performing a wide range of construction tasks, including excavation, foundation work, framing, roofing, and finishing.
9. Breaking out concrete and repairing with suitable material and shutters required.
10. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to meet project requirements.
11. Being able to do building works.

You will need to have hands-on experience in the following:

1. Drive Excavator, Digger, Forklift, Chisel Machine, Concrete Breaker, Plastering, Masonry Work (Bricklaying/Blocklaying), Skimming, Tiling, Laser Level, Foundations, Steel/lintel installation, Carpentry, Hand tools, Power Tools, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical work, Painting, Erecting, maintaining and dismantling Shuttering/Formwork, Soundproofing or waterproofing structures, Bill of Quantities, Bar Bending Schedule.

Successful candidates will be offered a UK work permit and accommodation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
