Construction Supervisor (E&I)

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise electrical and instrumentation construction activities at site.
2. Coordinate day-to-day construction operations to ensure timely and quality execution.
3. Oversee offshore projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Monitor and ensure that all electrical and instrumentation works are in line with engineering drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to site teams.
6. Perform inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out in compliance with project specifications.
7. Report on progress, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
8. Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
9. Support the development of progress reports, daily logs, and other documentation as required.

Job Description

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation construction supervision.
3. Proven experience in offshore projects and site-based construction management.
4. Experience working in a PMC role (Project Management Consultancy).
5. Familiarity with ADNOC projects and compliance with their standards.
6. Strong leadership and communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience in large-scale offshore EPC projects.
