Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily construction activities for road, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure works.
2. Ensure construction is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
3. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and labor to ensure timely project delivery.
4. Work closely with the Project Manager to provide progress updates, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
6. Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and material logs.
7. Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials comply with project requirements.
8. Assist in the planning and sequencing of construction operations to meet deadlines and milestones.
9. Resolve day-to-day construction issues and escalate major problems to the Project Manager.
10. Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, local authorities, and project stakeholders.
