Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure that work is performed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Liaise with project engineers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and smooth workflow.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and maintain site documentation.
• Enforce site safety policies and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Manage labor and materials efficiently to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
• Resolve site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and machinery are used correctly and maintained properly.
• Ensure all labor activities comply with legal and safety standards.
• Resolve labor-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor workforce productivity and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil.
