Job summary
A construction recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Foreman for glass and aluminium installations. The ideal candidate will supervise daily work activities, ensure safety and productivity of the crew, and have 3-5 years of experience in similar projects. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a foreman in aluminium and glass projects.
- Ability to manage a team and complete daily targets under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily work activities at site for glass and aluminium installations.
- Ensure productivity, safety, and quality of assigned crew.
- Interpret site drawings and guide team accordingly.
- Maintain site tools and equipment and ensure safety compliance.
- Report progress and issues to Site Engineer.
Skills
Education
