Job summary
A leading logistics company in Dubai is looking for a professional to manage SPA courier and collection activities. The role includes handling dispatch and collection of sales agreements through courier services and ensuring timely retrieval of documents. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with clients, overseeing documentation processes in Salesforce, and enhancing operational efficiency. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle the dispatch and collection of Initial and Final Sales and Purchase Agreements via DHL and TCS.
- Coordinate with Sales Advisors/clients for timely completion and signing of SPAs.
- Oversee the scanning, uploading, and updating of SPAs in Salesforce.
- Manage the organization and archival of SPA documents.
- Monitor courier activities and provide regular updates.
