Operations Supervisor - Courier & Logistics Leader
Job summary
A leading courier company is seeking an Operation Supervisor to efficiently manage operations and supervise couriers. The role includes handling customer issues, monitoring daily operations, and developing quality management policies. A Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or Supply Chain Management is required, along with 4-6 years of experience in a similar environment, including supervisory experience. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Fresh graduates in Industrial Engineering are also encouraged to apply.
