A leading hospitality organization is seeking an Assistant to the CEO based in Dubai. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing the CEO's calendar, and coordinating communications. Ideal candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, be fluent in English and Arabic, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to tasks. The Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and Executive Office, with a strong focus on supporting business operations based in Dubai. This dynamic role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive mindset in anticipating needs and ensuring the smooth execution of all CEO-related and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, agile, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting a wide range of operational activities related to the business in Dubai.
100% based in Dubai, UAE (with occasional travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).
