A leading global corporation in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Development Specialist to enhance employee performance through training and development programs. This role involves coordinating various HR initiatives including performance management and employee engagement. With a focus on continuous professional growth, the HR Development Specialist will support onboarding activities and engage in compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
