Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs for workshop personnel and recommend programs to the After Sales Services Manager.
• Train and update staff on the latest servicing techniques introduced by the principal.
• Supervise and support the team in solving technical challenges and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Track employee efficiency and productivity to optimize performance.
• Ensure accurate time allocation for each task by monitoring Time Controller records.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, ensuring vehicles are delivered in pristine condition.
• Ensure that customers receive high-quality and efficient service.
• Handle field complaints and accident-related service concerns.
• Oversee the final inspection of vehicles before delivery, checking internal and external cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the Procurement & Stores Department to order tools for new vehicle models.
• Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available for smooth workshop operations.
• Assist the After Sales Services Manager in preparing reports on workshop activities and service performance.
• Evaluate personnel performance and provide feedback to enhance team efficiency.
