Foreman - Fabrication / Welding

The Foreman - Fabrication / Welding is responsible for leading a team of welders

and fabricators, ensuring daily production targets are met while maintaining quality

and safety standards.

Qualification: ITI/ Diploma

7+ yrs Experience for which 2 Yrs should have Gulf Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide fabrication and welding teams in day-to-day operations.
• Assign work to welders and fabricators based on job priorities.
• Prepare daily skid load plan and provide the job cards to the fabricators and welders on a daily basis for day and night shifts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor welding and fabrication processes to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication and welding issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials inventory.
• Provide training and support to junior fabricators and welders.
• Report progress, delays, and challenges to supervisors or managers.
