Job summary
A global well-being company in Dubai is seeking a professional to support data maintenance activities for Master Data. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality in data governance while fulfilling requirements from the business unit. Responsibilities include assisting with data management tasks, resolving tickets in SAP, and maintaining accurate data across various systems. Strong experience with SAP, excellent data quality management skills, and effective communication are essential for this role.

- Maintain up-to-date Article, Price, Replenishment, Customer and Vendor data.

Support all data maintenance activities for Master Data, ensuring data is managed in utmost quality and adherence to governance framework while fulfilling requirements from business unit.
- Assist business unit and master data governance team in data management activities
- Resolve REVO tickets / perform all master data maintenance tasks in SAP within SLA's - Ensure master data processes are executed as per SOPs
- Maintain up-to-date Article, Price, Replenishment, Customer and Vendor data.
- Ensure master data is maintained as per Tatmeen Regulations
- Monitor accurate data flow and sync between SAP S/4HANA, EWM, ATTP and D365 - Sense check of details provided in Article, Price, Replenishment, Customer and Vendor data update requests.
- Validate data once created/maintained.
- Maintain updated REVO Approval matrix as per business requirements.
- Continuous communication with the data producers/consumers, if any incorrect / incomplete data is identified
- Serve as a liaison between departments for all data product related inquiries and issues - Provide updates and generate progress reports when requested
- Assist in developing and making improvements in governance processes and procedures
- Define, monitor, and achieve role‑specific KPIs in alignment with data governance and business objectives.
- Provide Ad‑Hoc support for business‑critical requests.
- Help solve any issues / bugs that may raise (by end users) in conjunction with the IT department
- Assist in data cleansing activities as and when requested
