We are seeking a highly professional, attentive, and dynamic Yacht Steward/Stewardess to join our crew on a luxury charter yacht. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service to our high-profile guests. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The Yacht Steward/Stewardess will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the yacht, and supporting the overall operations of the vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide 5-star service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences
2. Serve meals and beverages with precision and elegance
3. Assist with planning and organizing guest activities and events on board
4. Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
5. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the yacht
6. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest cabins, common areas, and crew quarters
7. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the yacht is in pristine condition at all times
8. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, including toiletries, cleaning products, and beverages
9. Assist in provisioning and stocking the yacht before and during charters
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and crew
11. Participate in safety drills and training sessions as required
12. Maintain confidentiality and discretion with respect to guests’ privacy and personal information

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a stewardess or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in luxury environments such as yachts, private jets, or high-end hotels
2. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
7. Professional appearance and demeanour
8. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including bartending skills
9. Valid STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watch-keeping for Seafarers) certification is a plus
