Job description
Group Head of IT
Strong experience in implementing IT infrastructure, ERP, and technology projects.
We are seeking an experienced Group Head of IT for a large family business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and implement the company’s IT strategy to align with overall business objectives, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and systems.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Provide guidance to top management on IT infrastructure, strategy, and implementation plans in clear, straightforward terms.
- Oversee the seamless integration and management of IT infrastructure across multiple regions, including Dubai, Guinea (West Africa), and India.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise software.
- Must have experience managing multiple sites across different geographic regions, particularly in the African market.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams and overseeing large-scale projects in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
