IT Engineer - Dialer Administration Expert

Job Title : IT Engineer with Call center background-Dialer Administration Expert- (e.g., Voiso, Asterisk, Genesys, or similar ).

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, including Call Center Dialer systems, Microsoft Servers, Active Directory (AD) Migration and File Servers. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for general IT operations, troubleshooting and ensuring system stability and security.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Call Center Dialer systems.
• Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and optimize performance.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operation.

Microsoft Server & Active Directory Management :

• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies and user access controls.

File Server Management :

• Maintain and secure the file server environment.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies for critical data.
• Manage user access and permissions effectively.

IT Operations & Support :

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve potential issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Hands-on experience with Call Center Dialer systems (e.g., Voiso, Asterisk, Genesys, or similar ).
• Expertise in Microsoft Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Experience with AD migration and file server management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

• Experience with FortiGate or other network security appliances.
