Group Head of IT

Strong experience in implementing IT infrastructure, ERP, and technology projects.

We are seeking an experienced Group Head of IT for a large family business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, refine, and implement the company’s IT strategy to align with overall business objectives, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies and systems.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
3. Provide guidance to top management on IT infrastructure, strategy, and implementation plans in clear, straightforward terms.
4. Oversee the seamless integration and management of IT infrastructure across multiple regions, including Dubai, Guinea (West Africa), and India.

Requirements:

1. At least 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise software.
2. Must have experience managing multiple sites across different geographic regions, particularly in the African market.
3. Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams and overseeing large-scale projects in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
